UPDATE!!

I am so sorry this has taken so long, let me tell you what has happened.

First, November was really busy for me, then at the very end of November my computer crashed, like total failure! It was HORRIBLE.

But ya know, I am pretty quick on backups, all the feet pictures (the originals, the other people's feet, all of them are safe)

I not backed them up locally, but I had uploaded them to another site just incase! How lucky is THAT!?

Anyhow, here's the deal. We STILL do not for sure what caustic material or chemical is in the straps of these shoes, we are working on hard core, provable evidence, and we are proceeding.

I have been made aware of the fact that walmart does know, or at least the company they have contracted or whatever to settle claims with people have said they know what it is but won't tell anyone.......

Time for the obligatory IN MY OPINION.

It IS myopinion, and I am entitled to it.

Here are my feet today, actually, this was taken 02-07-08 and the picture doesn't quite bring out the ugly coloring that is STILL on my feet.

Apparently, this is how my feet will look for a very very long time. It still makes me a bit angry, but at least it is better.

I have not been able to get my hands on some information that I know walmart simply must have so......I guess the only way to get it is to subpoena it....through a court.

How sad huh?

They are pretty colorful today, I have no idea....they get like that, pretty ugly huh?

Well, on to happier stuff, we are moving forward, we are still getting tons of hits to the site, so I can easily post updates & lots of people will be informed.

My computer is running great, so it is onward & upward from here...when I know it, I will post it!

 

 

I will be working on some meaningful updates, I just wanted everyone to know what's up, and that I am still around, I am not going ANYWHERE

and I am still working to find out what is going on.

UPDATE 4-9-08

I have recently heard that Walmart thinks this is over since there is nothing new going on.

Well, they are misinformed, this is far from over. When I know what is in the shoes and I feel it is over, then it's over, til then...it's not over.

I will be here, I am not going away and I will find out what's really going on here.
